In micro-stamping or nano-imprinting applications, a low surface energy coating over the master is required to facilitate the separation of the patterned layer. This is commonly referred to as a “release layer”. IST’s Release Layers allow for the clean pattern replication in many of these applications. Special chemistries can be used depending on the temperature requirements of the molding process.
